Calendared Wellness and Longevity: An organized plan of personal behaviors and clinical milestones, which in combination result in a longer active lifespan.
Custom Medical Contingency Plan: Detailed medical risk management planning for unique circumstances and locations, typically centered on primary and vacation homes as well as frequent business destinations. A good plan takes into account local medical risk, (i.e. poor roads, malaria) and reliable local providers, (i.e. western trained doctors).
24/7 Physician: A physician is directly available by phone in less than one minute.
Complex Disease Management: Sourcing and coordination of specialist care for complex states such as cancer, stroke, heart disease.
Second Opinions: Identification and facilitated referrals to national field leader specialists for serious or complex illness.
Electronic Medical Records: Organized archived personal medical records, accessible via a HIPPA compliant, highly secure Virtual Private Network. Records should be summarized and organized for relevancy and made available for immediate email/fax transfer on a 24/7 basis.
Executive Physicals: Comprehensive 1-2 day physical exam and multifaceted diagnostic testing.
Aeromedical Evacuation: An insured jet flight medical evacuation. There are two principal types: evacuation to the nearest “appropriate” hospital and evacuation to the member’s “home” hospital. Ideally the decision to fly a member should be free of conflict of interest on the part of the contracted provider of the service
