What This Means To You:
- Your medical records will never be released to a third party involved in your treatment unless you specifically authorize such a release of information.
- For members who enjoy WorldClinic services as a benefit of employment, please be aware that your personal medical information is not shared with your employer. Only your ability to work is reported to your employer to permit company planning in the event of your absence for medical reasons.
- We depend on you to notify WorldClinic when your health changes - new medications, surgeries, diagnoses, etc. - so we can keep your medical record up to date. We do update your medical records through periodic queries and at each medical contact between you and WorldClinic.
- You can update your health history on-line at any time by going to Medical Record Update Form. Please note: You will need a user name and password. If you do not have a user name and password please call (603) 526.9003.
