About WorldClinic

Practicing good medicine, especially at a distance, requires the best possible information. This information should include active medical conditions, current medications, past surgical history, allergies and your baseline EKG. In the event of a cardiac emergency, a copy of a recent EKG can be lifesaving.

For this reason, when you enroll in WorldClinic, we ask your permission (as part of our Customer Approval form) to request your personal medical records.

After receiving your records, we will then review and summarize your health information into an electronic file which our physicians can quickly access when you contact us. We will also create a wallet-card sized medical record for you that includes your most important personal health information.

If your health or medications should change in any way, please notify our office as soon as possible or update it personally at our Update My Medical Record web page. After the changes in your personal medical file are logged, we will send you an updated version of your wallet-card medical record.

We can also transfer a copy of your medical records wherever you request after you contact us through our hotline or office telephone numbers and we confirm your identity.

Our Privacy Policy prohibits us from sharing any of your personal medical information with any third party without your permission. We strictly adhere to this policy in all of our clinical and administrative operations.
